Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Ivan Ivanov, a self-employed individual operating under Russia's professional income tax (NPD) regime (the "Operator", "we"), and the user of this website (the "User", "you") arising from your use of the site and the services offered on it.

By using the site or submitting the consultation booking form, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.

1. Description of Services

The Operator provides consulting and document-preparation services only, related to obtaining visas for Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Schengen countries. Services include: guidance on choosing the right visa category, document review, help preparing an application, and support during submission.

The Operator is not an embassy, consulate, visa center, or government authority, and is not affiliated with any of them, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

The Operator does not guarantee visa approval. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made exclusively by the competent government authority of the relevant country, based on its own assessment criteria. A free consultation is informational in nature and constitutes a preliminary assessment of the User's situation, not a guarantee of any outcome.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

The User agrees to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling in forms on the site;
  • bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of documents and information provided to the Operator for the preparation of an application;
  • use the site only for lawful purposes.

The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and stop using the services at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Service Limitations

The scope, timeline, and cost of services are determined individually following a free consultation and are set out in a separate agreement with the User (including, once effective for a given service, under the terms of the Public Offer Agreement). Government fees, visa center service charges, biometrics, courier services, translations, and medical examinations are not included in the cost of the Operator's consulting services unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the site (text, graphics, logo, structure) are the intellectual property of the Operator or are used on a lawful basis. Copying, reproducing, or otherwise using the site's materials without the Operator's prior written consent is prohibited, except as permitted by Russian law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for:

  • decisions made by government authorities on visa applications;
  • losses resulting from the User providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information;
  • temporary unavailability of the site caused by technical failures, provider-side maintenance, or force majeure.

To the extent permitted by Russian law, the Operator's total liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid for the services rendered.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, through a mandatory pre-trial claims procedure (response period: 30 calendar days), followed, if necessary, by proceedings before the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location, in accordance with Russian procedural law.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms unilaterally. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the site, unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@visarun.online or to the Operator's address: Moscow, Russian Federation.
