This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all information that Ivan Ivanov, a self-employed individual operating under Russia's professional income tax (NPD) regime (the "Operator", "we"), may obtain about a user (the "User", "you") through the use of this website, including the consultation booking form.
This Policy is prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006, and other applicable Russian personal-data legislation. It applies regardless of where you access the site from; if your local law also applies to you, nothing here limits the rights that law grants you.
1. What Data We Collect
When you fill in a form on this site (in particular, the free-consultation booking form), we may collect the following personal data:
- first and last name;

- any additional information you voluntarily provide in the free-text field;
- technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies) – see the Cookie Policy for details.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health status, religious beliefs, etc.) unless you choose to include such information yourself in a free-text field – in which case we process it only to the extent necessary to provide consultation services.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- contacting you to conduct a free consultation and discuss your visa application;

3. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on the following legal grounds:
- consent of the data subject, obtained when a form on the site is submitted (Art. 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
- the necessity of performing a consulting-services agreement to which the data subject is a party;

4. Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes described in Section 2, or for the period required by Russian law (including accounting and tax record-keeping requirements). Once the purposes of processing are achieved, or consent is withdrawn, the data is anonymized or deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Your Rights
Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:
- obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data;
- request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

6. Withdrawing Consent
To withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, send a written request to privacy@visarun.online or to the Operator's address listed in the "Contact" section below. Withdrawal is processed within the timeframe set by Russian law, after which we stop processing your personal data, except where processing is required on grounds provided by law.
7. Third-Party Processors
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to service delivery, except:
- with consultants and partner visa centers directly involved in providing your consultation, to the extent necessary for that service;
- with technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting on our instructions and bound to keep the data confidential;
- with government authorities, upon a lawful request, in the manner prescribed by Russian law.
8. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Some of the technical services we use (hosting, email, and communication platforms) may process data on servers located outside the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out only to states that provide adequate protection of data subjects' rights, or on the basis of the data subject's consent obtained in accordance with Art. 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
9. Security Measures
We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including minimum-necessary access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and other measures required under Art. 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ and related regulations.
