This document is prepared as the future legal basis for online payment on this site. At present, services are not paid for through the website; the final terms of any paid service are agreed individually following a free consultation.
This document constitutes a public offer by Ivan Ivanov, a self-employed individual operating under Russia's professional income tax (NPD) regime (the "Provider"), to any legally capable individual (the "Client") to enter into a consulting-services agreement on the terms set out below, in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Description of Services
The Provider offers consulting and document-preparation services related to obtaining visas for Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Schengen countries, including: an initial consultation, document review, preparation of an application package, and informational support during submission.
The Provider does not offer services requiring a legal-practice license and does not act as the Client's legal representative before government authorities unless separately agreed in an individual arrangement.
2. Price of Services
The price of services is determined individually depending on the destination country, visa type, and scope of work required, and is communicated to the Client following the free consultation, before the offer is accepted.
The Provider's consulting fee does not include: government fees and consular charges, visa center service fees, biometrics, courier services, certified document translation, or mandatory medical examinations, unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual arrangement with the Client.
3. Payment Procedure
Payment is made by non-cash means using payment instruments that will be made available on the site once the corresponding payment-processing integration is enabled. The payment method and procedure for a given service are agreed with the Client individually.
4. Acceptance of the Offer
This offer is deemed accepted when the Client pays for the Provider's services after reviewing the terms of this document. Upon acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded in writing in accordance with Art. 438(3) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
5. Refund Policy
The Client may cancel a service and request a refund of amounts paid: in full, if cancellation occurs before the service has actually begun; less the cost of expenses actually incurred and work actually performed by the Provider, if cancellation occurs after the service has begun – in accordance with Art. 32 of the Russian Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Government fees, consular or other third-party charges already paid on the Client's behalf are not refundable by the Provider and can only be refunded by the relevant government authority or visa center, under its own procedures.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider agrees to: perform the services in good faith and with due care, keep the Client informed of progress, and keep the information provided confidential.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate and complete information and documents, pay for the services on time, and bear sole responsibility for the risk associated with the government authority's decision on the visa application.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for full or partial failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure results from force majeure, including changes in the immigration laws of foreign states, suspension of consular offices or visa centers, or other circumstances reasonably beyond the parties' control.
8. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until the parties fully perform their obligations. Either party may terminate the agreement unilaterally in the event of a material breach by the other party, upon written notice.
